Eine der größten Herausforderungen beim Schleifen, Polieren und Entgraten mit Robotern ist die exakte Anpresskraft auf der Oberfläche. Im gesamten Bearbeitungs-prozess ist sie der entscheidende Faktor, unabhängig von der Oberflächenform und -ausrichtung.
Das EFC-02 Active Compliance System wird vollelektrisch betrieben. Das ermöglicht eine konstante Überwachung von Kraft und Beschleunigung während der Bearbeitung durch Messungen in hoher Frequenz. Der Steuerungsalgorithmus passt die Anpresskraft dynamisch und automatisiert an den Schleifprozess an. Das Ergebnis ist eine gleichbleibend hohe Oberflächenqualität.

Power-HUB Options
The Power-Hub provides communication ports with external devices, power supply for the EFC and power supply for the servo driven end effectors. For simple set up (example with Cobots), the EFC can work stand-alone, simply with a 48 V DC power supply and a ModBus TCP connection or webinterface.
