The Belt grinder head, combined with the EFCm, is the ideal end effector for maximizing productivity. It handles nearly any grinding application – from rough material removal to fine surface finishing. The automatic belt changing system ensures continuous, uninterrupted operation.

Optimized belt size for accessibility and durability: Compatible with grinding belts up to 762 mm in length and 50 mm in width. Standard contact wheel Ø 100 mm; optional Ø 150 mm.

Quick application changes: Integrated SUHNER tool changer enables fast and reliable head replacement.

Typical Applications:
Weld removal: Especially suited for automated weld seam removal.
Tight areas or large surfaces: The standard Ø 100 mm wheel is ideal for flat areas, while the 50 mm version is perfect for tight radii. The Ø 150 mm version ensures efficiency on large surfaces.
